July 2026 Parts Offer Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 00:00 1st July 2026 to 00:00 31st July 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the July 2026 Parts Offer Program (the "Program") offered by Borg & Overström ("Company") to distribution partners. By participating in the Program, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

1. Eligibility 

   1.1. The Program is open to all active distribution partners of Borg & Overström, unless otherwise engaged in another incentive program. 
   1.2. The Program applies to Borg & Overström parts only. 
   1.3 The Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, incentive or discount initiative.
   

2. Program Period 

   2.1. The Program begins on 1st July 2026 00:00 and continues until 31st July 2026 00:00 GMT. 
   2.2. All qualifying orders must be submitted by 23:59 GMT time on July 31st 2026. 
   2.3 All qualifying orders must be delivered no later than 23:59 31st August 2026.
   
   

3. Incentive Structure 

   3.1 If a distribution partner orders over £100 of parts through our online store they can receive 10% off that order. 
   3.2 Orders must be placed with the discount code PARTS10 for the discount to be applied. 
   3.3 The Program offer is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash or other products.
