There is no hot water dispensing from my water dispenser or tap system.

If your water dispenser or tap system isn't dispensing hot water, there are a few things it could be. The below troubleshooting guide covers some of the most common reasons for not getting hot water. If you cannot find the issue using the guide below, please contact our customer support team.

If you are getting water when dispensing using the hot button, but the water is cold follow these steps:

A: Check the unit isn't in commissioning mode. This can be identified by flashing lock and hot icons on your control panel. If you are in commissioning mode, the hot tank will be turned off. Turn the unit off and on again, then hold the unlock icon for 20 seconds: Watch this tutorial

B: For E4 or Porpoise models, you will have a hot tank switch on the rear of the unit. Turn the hot tank switch on and wait 5-to-10 minutes for the water to heat up.

If this hasn't fixed your issue, please contact our customer support team.

If you are not getting water at all when dispensing using the hot button follow these steps.

A: Check the unit it powered on correctly. Inspect the power cable to the unit. Ensure it is turned on at the wall and on the back of the dispenser.

B: If the dispenser is powered on, then check the water connection. Check the water valve is open and you have water pressure.
