Product Update:
As part of our continual product refinement process, we are issuing a design revision to the T-series Baseplate Assembly. This upgrade looks to further reduce the risk of water ingress and associated product failures through the design of a single-piece plastic chassis, with improved material stability and strengthened fixing brackets, providing a more secure fit. The stainless steel fixing plate and hygiene cover have been removed as part of the design upgrade, along with the adhesive pads on MonoFit® models. The bonded area of the control panel HMI lens has been increased to further guard against any water ingress risk.
The new T-series baseplate design will be effective on all T2 and T3 products manufactured as of 1st March 2026. These will be identifiable through the serial number commencing 2603.
As a result of this upgrade, the T-series Retrofitting Kits have also been updated to align with the new baseplate design. Please see TA 0221 for further detail on the T-series Retrofitting Kits Update.
