Before you begin:
Ensure the unit is powered off and the mains inlet water supply is isolated.
T3 Outlet Replacement
1. Disconnect the waste pipe and remove the fixing plate securing the baseplate (MonoFit shown in image with earth wire removed)
2. Disconnect both the hot and cold water outlet pipes. Use caution-water may remain in the lines.
3. Lift the baseplate from the worktop to access the two rear grub screws. Loosen these and lift out the T3 tap.
4.1. Remove the rear casing: undo all three retaining screws.
4.2. To access the two screws at the bottom of the tap, remove the gasket. (A replacement gasket is supplied in the kit.)
5. Pull the old outlet through and remove it completely.
6. Feed the new outlet through in reverse order, ensuring pipes are not twisted.
Note: Rotate the fixing clamp on the hot pipe 90° to the right so the top casing can be refitted. Ensure the new outlet sits flat in the casing. You should hear it click into position.
7. Reassemble by reversing Steps 1-4, ensuring the new gasket is installed. leave the hot silicone pipe disconnected until following steps below are complete.
Upgraded Bulkhead Connection
1. Remove the ProCore top panel by undoing the two rear screws and lifting upwards.
2. Using long nose pliers, remove the hose clip from the bulkhead. Then undo the M10 nut securing the existing bulkhead. Disconnect the hose - be aware, hot water may be present.
3. Connect the hot-water hose to the new bulkhead, ensuring the thread orientation matches the reference image. Push the bulk-head through the backplate and secure with the new nut. Note: Older models may require slight enlargement of the bulk-head hole
4. Refit the top cover and re-connect the hot and cold pipes, cutting them to minimal required length (as shown in photo)
When complete:
Reconnect power and turn on water, and carry out a function test to ensure the upgrade is all OK.
