QBRE has completed the new EGym office with Borg & Overström T3 Tap Systems installed at refreshment points throughout. The fit-out places employee wellbeing at the centre of the workplace, and filtered hot, chilled, sparkling and ambient water from a single tap supports that aim every day.

A Workplace Built Around Wellbeing
EGym places employee wellbeing at the centre of what it does, and QBRE has designed an office that supports healthy habits and brings people together.
The kitchen spaces and breakout areas are a centre piece to what brings people together, and the T3 Tap System, as a part of their refreshment options, is the workhorse that powers the hydration of the office.
Specified for Design and Performance
The T3 Tap System is the hot tap in the Borg & Overström range, delivering hot, chilled, ambient and sparkling filtered water from a single slim tap. The ProCore® unit sits out of sight in the cupboard below, which keeps the worktop clear and suits the refined finish of each kitchenette. Designed and built in the UK, the T3 is available in Steel or Black to complement the surrounding interior.

Sustainability Built Into Every Pour
Efficiency is central to the T3. DryChill® technology cools water rapidly without a reservoir, and EcoMode can reduce energy consumption by up to 70%. Filtered water on tap also removes the need for bottled water and separate kettles, which reduces single-use plastic across the office.
The benefit extends beyond the workplace. Nearshored supply of the T3 Tap System means that the carbon footprint of the system is low even before it is first powered on. This is a major benefit for workplaces spec'd with sustainability in mind.
Wellbeing at the Point of Use
Hygiene and convenience matter equally in a shared workplace. The Totality 5-step hygiene methodology reduces sediment, odours, chlorine and microplastics, while the antimicrobial touch panel features silver ion protection. An unlock button guards the hot water against accidental dispense.
A single T3 can serve up to 60 people on average use, so a small number of taps meets the needs of a busy office.
