The relocation to Sixty London Wall provided an opportunity for Rabobank to create a workplace that reflects its commitment to sustainability, wellbeing and flexibility, while delivering an enhanced experience for employees and guests. Designed to support hybrid working while targeting both BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum standards, the fit out has already been recognised with “Best Fit Out of Workplace” at the 2026 London BCO Awards.
Woven throughout the building is a detail that delivers premium hydration to all those in the office; multiple Borg & Overström T3 Tap Systems.

Who Are Rabobank?
Founded in the Netherlands as a cooperative banking institution, Rabobank has grown into one of the world’s leading financial organisations with a particularly strong reputation in food, agriculture and sustainability-focused banking.
Rabobank’s move to Sixty London Wall demonstrates how workplace design can become a physical extension of corporate values, balancing high performance with environmental responsibility and employee wellbeing.

Why the Borg & Overström T3 Was the Perfect Specification
The Borg & Overström T3 was well suited to the requirements of the new workplace. Its clean, understated design complements the contemporary interior, while the ability to provide hot, chilled and sparkling water from a single system supports the flexible use of the space. As employees and visitors move between different working environments throughout the day, the T3 delivers convenient access to premium drinking water wherever it is needed.

The aesthetic quality of the T3 also plays a major role. With its sculptural form, minimalist detailing and premium finishes, the system complements the calm, refined design language highlighted by the BCO judges.

Sustainability Built Into Every Pour
Perhaps the strongest alignment between Rabobank and the T3 system is sustainability. The T3 was specifically engineered to reduce environmental impact through energy-saving technologies such as EcoMode, which can reduce energy use by up to 70% during periods of inactivity. An incredibly powerful feature in today's hybrid workplace, why spend energy cooling and heating water when no one is around to enjoy it?
It also eliminates reliance on single-use plastic bottles by providing locally sourced, filtered mains-fed water directly on demand. Borg & Overström positions the system around sustainable workplace hydration, with UK manufacturing, recyclable components and energy-efficient cooling technologies all contributing to lower operational impact. For a financial institution publicly associated with sustainability leadership, these details reinforce brand authenticity.

Designed for Modern Workplace Wellbeing
Employee wellbeing was another major driver behind the Sixty London Wall project, and the T3 supports that ambition in subtle but important ways.
The system uses Borg & Overström’s Totality® methodology including optional Viovandt® UV-C purification technology to improve water quality and hygiene.
Equally important is convenience. Employees can access chilled sparkling water, filtered still water or hot drinks instantly from the same touchpoint. In hybrid workplaces where experience matters more than ever, small daily interactions like this shape how people feel about the office environment.
The T3 is also designed specifically for high-performance office environments, capable of supporting workplaces of around 50 people per tap system while maintaining rapid cooling and energy efficiency.
