The relocation to Sixty London Wall provided an opportunity for Rabobank to create a workplace that reflects its commitment to sustainability, wellbeing and flexibility, while delivering an enhanced experience for employees and guests. Designed to support hybrid working while targeting both BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum standards, the fit out has already been recognised with “Best Fit Out of Workplace” at the 2026 London BCO Awards.

Why the Borg & Overström T3 Was the Perfect Specification
The Borg & Overström T3 was well suited to the requirements of the new workplace. The system uses Borg & Overström’s Totality® methodology including optional Viovandt® UV-C purification technology to improve water quality and hygiene.
Equally important is convenience. Employees can access chilled sparkling water, filtered still water or hot drinks instantly from the same touchpoint. In hybrid workplaces where experience matters more than ever, small daily interactions like this shape how people feel about the office environment.
The T3 is also designed specifically for high-performance office environments, capable of supporting workplaces of around 50 people per tap system while maintaining rapid cooling and energy efficiency.
