Multi-stage filtration technology for great tasing, confidently clean drinking water.

Whether it’s a glass of chilled water, a fresh cup of tea, or a decadent coffee, poor water quality is instantly noticeable. It is simple; cleaner water tastes better, and is better for you.

Great tasting, high-quality water requires multi-stage filtration, as an essential step in our Totality® hygiene assurance. We believe the water you drink shouldn’t just taste clean, it must be filtered, fresh and pure.

What is filtration?

Filtration is the process of removing particulates, chemicals and odours which maybe found within mains supplied water. The process of filtration not only improves water quality but also creates a crisp, clean taste to your drinking water.
  • Improves taste
Filtration removes unseen contaminants such as micro-plastics, bacteria, chlorine and sediment that can affect taste, clarity, and overall water quality.
  • Easy to fit
Our dispensers are compatible with a wide range of filters that can be fitted and replaced with a simple quarter turn.
  • Replace every 6 months
We recommend replacing filters every 6 months, as regular filter changes are essential to keep your dispenser operating efficiently and to prevent the build-up of contaminants.

What does filtration do?

Whilst mains water is safe to drink, it can still contain residual chlorine, sediment, heavy metals, bacteria, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), protozoan cysts, asbestos fibres, and micro-plastics.

These unseen contaminants affect taste, clarity, and overall water quality. Multi-stage, high-micron filtration removes particles and odours to not only improve water purity and taste, but also to enhance performance and reliability of your dispenser.

How does filtration work?
Multi-stage filtration technology combines several layers of targeted filtration, each designed to remove specific contaminants at different micron levels, for a comprehensive approach to cleaner, healthier drinking water.
Sediment Pre-filtration

Sediment Pre-filtration

Sediment Pre-filtration

Stage 1 | 10 - 5 micron

The pre-filtration stage uses a synthetic mesh which removes larger particles like sand, rust and dirt.

Impact Membrane Filtration

Impact Membrane Filtration

Impact Membrane Filtration

Stage 2 | 5 - 0.2 micron

Impact filtration utilises turbulence to separate unwanted particles from the water, these are captured and removed by a fine membrane.

Active Carbon Filtration

Active Carbon Filtration

Stage 3

Micro-porous activated carbon captures chlorine, VOCs and some PFAS chemicals to improve taste, quality and colour of the water.

Ion Exchange Resin

Ion Exchange Resin

Ion Exchange Resin

Stage 4 (Optional)

Ion Exchange Resin removes heavy metals like lead, copper, mercury and ion, along with magnesium and calcium ions, preventing scale from forming.

Polyphosphate Beads

Polyphosphate Beads

Stage 4 (Optional)

Polyphosphate Beads inhibit scale formation by trapping magnesium and calcium ions, protecting equipment.

Which filter do I need?

When selecting a filter, it’s important to consider NSF certification, micron rating, scale reduction capability, and whether a carbon or carbon-free filter is most appropriate. These factors determine how effectively the filter improves taste, protects equipment, and meets hygiene requirements.

We stock a range of filters to suit different systems, environments, and water quality needs, and can advise you on the right option for your dispenser.
