Installation of a E4 dispenser should be carried out by an
approved stockist. If you are looking to install a E4 drinking water dispenser,
there are a few things to bear in mind for a successful installation.

Key dimensions
Minimum clearance above countertop of 420mm for countertop dispenser.

Requirements
A power socket with 10A power supply within 2m of unit.

Mains potable water supply with min 0.1Mpa (1 bar)
pressure, within 2m of unit.

Mains waste connection or Bluetooth Waste Kit.

Borg & Overström water dispensers and tap systems can service offices of up to 60 people with a single unit. For large offices, we recommend installing multiple systems to ensure easy access at all times.

To dispense water press desired water option button and hold. Release to finish dispensing.

For hot water press and release unlock button then immediately press and hold hot water button.

All T-series and E-series products use R290 refrigerant gas. It is high performing,
eco-friendly and has an extremely low Global Warming Potential (GWP).

The appliance should only be installed and maintained by an authorised partner technician who is properly trained and certified. The dispenser requires a potable mains water supply.

No, you do not need a mains waste connection. You can connect to mains waste, or purchase a Bluetooth Waste Kit for compatible products if you do not have access to mains waste. The waste kit will beep when the waste water level is full, allowing you to empty it into a nearby sink or drain.

We recommend a service contract through one of our approved distributors. They will service and replace your filters every 6 months.

The sparkling CO2 canister can be changed by an end user assuming you have a matching replacement canister. Follow the steps in the how-to video to ensure you change the canister safely.

By default, control panel will prevent hot dispense by disabling the lock icon until the hot water has reached temperature.
To change this setting, please contact your Borg & Overström supplier.

By default this option is on, but can be disabled: Hot Water Recovery Dispense Control On/Off.

Spluttering sparkling water is usually because the flow rate is set too fast for dispensing large volumes of water. Please contact your Borg & Overström supplier to arrange adjusting the flow rate.

The red warning light indicates different fault codes depending on the flashing pattern.

After identifying the fault, contact your supplier to rectify the issue.

The most likely reason for no hot water, is the unit has been put into commissioning mode, identified by flashing lock and hot icons. If this is not the reason, please follow the troubleshooting guide below.
