C2/C3 Install & Operation Manual

Installation of a C2/C3 tap should be carried out by an approved stockist. If you are looking to install a T2 drinking water tap system, there are a few things to bear in mind for a successful installation.

Key dimensions
Undercounter cupboard of min size H500mm x W500mm x D500mm.

Minimum clearance above countertop of 510mm.

Requirements
A power socket with 10A power supply within 2m of unit.

Mains potable water supply with min 0.1Mpa (1 bar)
pressure, within 2m of unit.

Mains waste connection or Bluetooth Waste Kit.

Installation Kit including water filter.

Cut outs
Requires tap tray cut out of circular 35mm for C2 or
circular 50mm for C3.

Requires drip tray cut out of 405 x 225mm (Not required for over-sink installation).

Requires cupboard base cutting of 30 x 300mm for SimpleFit
Vent Kit installation.

Borg & Overström water dispensers and tap systems can service offices of up to 60 people with a single unit. For large offices, we recommend installing multiple systems to ensure easy access at all times.

To dispense water pull back the lever of the desired water option and hold. Release to finish dispensing.

All T-series and E-series products use R290 refrigerant gas. It is high performing,
eco-friendly and has an extremely low Global Warming Potential (GWP).

The appliance should only be installed and maintained by an authorised partner technician who is properly trained and certified. The dispenser requires a potable mains water supply.

The minimum size cupboard required is 500Wx500Dx500Hmm.
This size allows for mains waste only, and you may need to install filters in the cupboard adjacent.

The recommended cupboard size is 600Wx500Dx700Hmm.
This size supports a standard 10L Bluetooth waste kit if required and allows enough room for the installation of the water filters.

The tap can be a maximum of 1 metre away from the ProCore® undercounter unit.

This is to allow for hot water to be drawn back correctly and to maintain correct temperature on each dispense option. This means installation is usually possible in base cabinets adjacent to the tap location.

The tap system can be installed on worktops 20mm to 70mm thick.

All Borg & Overström tap products use our SimpleFit ventilation technology. The ventilation cut-out is located on the front edge of the floor of your base cabinet. So when the door is closed, no visible ventilation can be seen.

We recommend a service contract through one of our approved distributors. They will service and replace your filters every 6 months.

The sparkling CO2 canister can be changed by an end user assuming you have a matching replacement canister. Follow the steps in the how-to video to ensure you change the canister safely.
