When to update?
Distributors will be provided with a list of product serial-numbers for dispensers that need updating. We strongly advise updating all dispensers included on your list within the next six month service cycle. Updating a dispenser is simple and can be done as part of your next routine service. Upgrading your dispenser will ensure it continues to perform at its best.
How to update
Distributors will be provided with a Feature Upgrade Key to update dispensers identified on their update list. Full instructions will be provided in the Feature Upgrade Pack and can be found below.
Which firmware do I need?
The firmware required will depend on product type and serial number. Check the serial number against the table below to identify which updates are required. This information can also be found on the instructions supplied with the Feature Upgrade Pack..

Keeping the fleet record up to date
Once an upgrade has been completed, the stickers provided must be placed on the top of the ProCore® and on the tap USB cable, or on the rear of the dispenser. Update the serial-number schedule as units are completed and return it to Borg & Overström.
