Technical Advice 0208 - Carbonation Level Probe Changes

Revision: 02
Date: 23/09/2025

Please be advised that we are aware of a quality concern where a sparkling dispense is requested and only CO2 gas is produced.

This is caused by a build-up of condensation which creates a short on the carbonation tank level probe, which signals that the tank is full.

As a result, we have changed the design specification, increasing the distance of the carbonation level probe:

Due to stock management and supply lead times an interim solution was implemented to overcome the concern, this was implemented from January 2025, serial numbers 2501 onwards.

As of September 2025, we can confirm that all sparkling dispensers produced with serial number 2509 are fitted with the new, modified carbonation level probe.
