This video details what all the fault codes on the E6 Water Dispenser look like, to help you diagnose any error that might occur. The fault codes are indicated by an illuminated red triangle, bottom right of your control panel.

Internal Leak

1 flash then 9.5 seconds solid
10 x 0.5sec beeps when dispense is attempted
10 x red flashes in dispense area

There is a leak inside the dispenser.
Turn off the water and power supply, take off the top/side panel to locate the leak.

Internal Overheat

2 flashes then 8.5 seconds solid

The main PCB has surpassed safe working temperatures.
Ensure all cooling systems are working. Fans are functioning, and for undercounter units, the vent kit has been properly installed and nothing is blocking airflow.

Carbonation pump timeout

4 flashes then 6.5 seconds solid

The carbonation pump has taken too long to fill the carbonation tank and has turned off to preserve the motor.
Check the water supply is turned on, and check the CO2 pressure.

Hot tank not heating correctly

6 flashes then 4.5 seconds solid

The hot tank took too long to heat up, indicating an error.

Waste kit full

10.5 seconds solid + 0.5 second gap
0.75 second beep on first detection
0.2 second beep when recovered

Your Bluetooth waste container is full.
Empty the waste container.

Hot tank dry fire

7 flashes then 3.5 seconds solid

The hot tank has heated up without any water. The tank has shut itself down to protect itself.
Ensure the water supply is turned on, and the hot tank has gone through the correct commissioning process.
