1. Power off and remove the mains power plug of the ProCore.
2. Remove the top and front cover
3. Remove and retain the 4 screws securing the old main control PCB.
4. Secure the replacement PCB in its place and in the orientation pictured.
5. Take the NTC Chiller connector on the old PCB and connect it to the C NTC connection on the new PCB.
6. If a SPARKLING model remove and discard the carbonation level sensor from the PCB and the carbonation tank and connect the one provided to the new PCB connection ‘LEVEL’ and back to the carbonation tank Connect the sparkling jumper provided as shown
7. Take the HMI Interface connector from the old PCB and connect it to the new PCB.
8. When connecting the solenoid wires ensure the correct positioning:

9. Connect the High Voltage wires to the corresponding connectors on the new PC:

10. Check if the connections are correct and secure, then power up the unit.
